#8 Gravel

#8 wash gravel ranges from 1/8" to 3/8" and has a mix of different colors; blend of beige, tan, white, and grey stones with hints of black and red. Also known as pea gravel.

The material pictured on this product page has been washed to showcase the color of the rock; however, it may not be delivered in such a state. In those cases, spray the material with a hose to rid it of any dust or dirt. If you are trying to match an existing material, we recommend bringing a sample into the store.

#57 Gravel

57 stone has an average size of 1/2 to 1-1/2 inch and is a sound, hard naturally occurring material. 57 stone aggregates may contain, gravel, granites, limestone, dolomite, and sandstone. It is most oftem a base for driveways, walls, pipe bedding, concrete.

#1 limestone 3 1/2 inch

AS BIG AS A BASEBALL OR SOFTBALL. USED FOR BASES AND FILLING IN BAD MUD AREAS.

1 1/2 inch crush and run

Crusher run is typically used underneath concrete slabs, patios, driveways, sidewall
and walkways and ranges in sizes from ½" to 4" with stone dust.

#57 stone

57 stone has an average size of ½ to 1-1/2 inch and is a sound, hard naturally occurring material. 57 stone aggregates may contain, gravel, granites, limestone, dolomite, and sandstone. It is most often used as a base for driveways, walls, pipe bedding, concrete.

#8 limestone

#8 Limestone is 1/8" to 3/8" in size. 1.5 tons per cubic yard. It is a whitish-gray solid stone that has been crushed to size. It will have edges opposed to being rounded on the corners.

#4 stone 1 & 1/2 inch

#4 Limestone Gravel Stone is a crushed angular Limestone aggregate. Sizes of #4 Stone range from 1 1 /2" to 2 1 /2".

Common applications:

  • Driveway Gravel (special build driveways to support heavy vehicles/items like boats or dump trucks, for example, on muddy roads - although for normal driveways we recommend the #57 size which is the standard).
  • Heavy Drainage
  • Erosion Control

Please be aware that this product can contain larger rocks of up to 3.5 inch in size.

3/4 inch crush and run

How does crush and run gravel work?

Crusher run is a blended mix of coarse aggregate and fine aggregate. The combination of both crushed stone and stone dust creates a low void content (the amount of space or air between the pieces of rock in a mix) that is valuable in concrete construction for its compaction ability and drainage characteristics.

#3 limestone 2 1/2 inch

Larger Limestone used on driveways as a base material to control mud problems. Approximately 3" size (between golf ball and tennis ball), triangular shape, and gray color.

#4 gravel

#34 Granite Stone is a clean, crushed angular Granite aggregate ranging between 1" - 2 1 /2" in size
